1. Supplier and product

Kodnik is offered by Marcin Koralewski, operating under the Kodnik brand in Poland. Contact: kontakt@kodnik.pl.

Kodnik is a Windows desktop software product for local AI-assisted coding and working with project files. New orders provide an annual Kodnik license. Existing purchases made before the annual offer retain their original rights.

2. Software development

Features, performance, model support and system requirements may change as the product is developed. Earlier purchases retain their original terms.

3. System requirements

Kodnik requires Windows 10/11 x64, an AVX2-capable x86_64 processor, sufficient disk space and enough RAM to run local AI models. GPU acceleration is recommended for better performance.

4. License and permitted use

After purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Kodnik. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions, or use Kodnik to violate law or third-party rights.

5. Payments

Payments for purchases on kodnik.com may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices and buyer support for payment-related matters.

6. Updates

Updates are available during the paid annual term. Existing purchases made before the annual offer retain their original purchase terms; no annual expiry is imposed on them by this new offer.

7. Limitation

Kodnik is provided for software assistance and project work. You remain responsible for reviewing generated code, backups, security, licensing and production deployment decisions.

Annual term, renewal and OFFLINE

Each new annual purchase covers 12 calendar months from activation in the account panel or Kodnik. A paid renewal is applied at the end of the retained paid period; after expiry it starts when activated. The panel and application show the exact end date. Each period is a separate one-time payment: there is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. The price is €11.99 for each 12-month term.

Activation and retrieving a paid extension require internet. Once activated, OFFLINE use needs no periodic connection during the paid term. After expiry further Kodnik use requires renewal. User projects are not deleted. Refunding a purchase or a chargeback removes the rights from that purchase; independent retained purchases are unaffected. An offline computer learns of server-side revocation when it next connects. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
