1. Supplier and product

Kodnik is offered by Dawid Dawidowski, operating under the Kodnik brand in Poland. Contact: kontakt@kodnik.pl.

Kodnik is a Windows desktop software product for local AI-assisted coding and working with project files. Customers purchase beta access to download and use the software.

2. Beta software

Kodnik is currently provided as beta software. Features, performance, model support and system requirements may change as the product is developed.

3. System requirements

Kodnik requires Windows 10/11 x64, an AVX2-capable x86_64 processor, sufficient disk space and enough RAM to run local AI models. GPU acceleration is recommended for better performance.

4. License and permitted use

After purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Kodnik. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions, or use Kodnik to violate law or third-party rights.

5. Payments

Payments for purchases on kodnik.com may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices and buyer support for payment-related matters.

6. Updates

Beta updates may be provided during the beta period. Future final-version terms may differ and may be published separately.

7. Limitation

Kodnik is provided for software assistance and project work. You remain responsible for reviewing generated code, backups, security, licensing and production deployment decisions.
